31 Multifamily Communities Owned And Managed By CRC Receive Top Rated Awards From Third-Party Survey

BALTIMORE, MD (February 6, 2025) – Thirty-one multifamily communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) and spanning six states have earned “Satisfacts Property” awards for resident satisfaction, based on 2024 surveys produced by SatisFacts. The leading third-party provider of resident surveys compiles data and comments from current and prospective residents concerning overall satisfaction and ways to improve the residential experience.

To earn a Satisfacts Property Award, each multifamily community must maintain a Resident Satisfaction Score of over 4.25 based on a scale of 5.00, with a minimum of 100 completed resident surveys. CRC also received the 2024 “Satisfacts Company” Award for the eleventh consecutive year for overall excellence as a portfolio.
