Andrea Allison Joins Continental Realty Corporation As Asset Manager, Multifamily Division

BALTIMORE, MD (April 3, 2025) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 13 states and with a portfolio value exceeding $4 billion, has announced the selection of Andrea Allison as Asset Manager, Multifamily Division. Allison, who brings more than 12 years of directly related asset management, investment, and leasing experience in the multifamily sector, was previously Senior Associate, Asset Management for Maymont Homes/Brookfield Asset Management in Charleston, South Carolina.
In her new role, Allison will be responsible for maximizing the value, operational efficiency, and financial performance of a portfolio of 12 multifamily communities in the Baltimore, Maryland; Charleston, South Carolina; and Savannah, Georgia areas. Her duties include performing financial analysis, lender compliance, capital project management, budget review and approval, as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Allison will also collaborate with CRC’s acquisitions team and assist with due diligence activities related to underwriting and value determination.
In addition to Maymont Homes/Brookfield Asset Management, Allison has worked as Senior Area Property Manager, New Development for The Preiss Company, and as Leasing Manager for Monarch Ventures. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from East Tennessee State University, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics and Finance from the University of South Carolina.
