Since Marvin Schapiro founded CRC in 1960 our company has made an effort to give back to the Baltimore community in a multitude of ways. Below are just a few of the charities and organizations CRC is proud to support.
Cristo Rey Jesuit High School
Our Co-Chairman, Jack Luetkemeyer and CEO, J.M. Schapiro, serve on the board of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, and our human resources staff serves as mentors to students in the work-study program we host. Learn More

Team members collect money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities by creating one-of-a-kind donation banks. We pay the admission fee for our teams to run in the annual Red Shoe Shuffle. Each year we have participated, we have been honored to receive accolades for being one of the largest teams to participate. Learn More
The Living Classroom Foundation
Our team members volunteer with the Living Classroom Foundation, an organization that inspires young people to achieve their potential through hands-on education and job training that uses urban, natural, and maritime resources as living classrooms. Learn More
Kennedy Krieger Institute
Each year CRC supports the Festival of Trees through various sponsorships. The event is billed as the largest holiday extravaganza of fairyland forests, gingerbread towns and toy train gardens. The proceeds go to benefit the children of Kennedy Krieger Institute and their families. Learn More
