Confirmed: Bonefish Grill, iStudio Salon ink deals in Waterford Lakes area

I told you back in February that Bonefish Grill was rumored to be in talks to take a space in a shopping center on the corner of Lake Underhill and Alafaya Trail. Today, Continental Realty Corp. confirmed the new 5,544-square-foot Bonefish Grill will join four other new tenants in the 116,728-square-foot, two-story retail/medical/office center Waterford Park. The restaurant is slated to open in August, a representative told me in February.
