CRC Captures Ten Property Management Association Marketing and Advertising Excellence Awards

Baltimore, MD (December 14, 2015) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a full-service commercial real estate investment and property management company, captured ten separate honors in the Property Management Association’s Marketing and Advertising Excellence Awards competition. The annual award event judges campaigns and programs in fourteen different categories including print advertisements, collateral materials, internal public relations, social media campaigns and direct mail.

Continental Realty Corporation won first place honors for the in-house development of a social media campaign for their HR department, and an onsite communication piece for Padonia Village Shopping Center out of their commercial division.Two first place honors were also received in the category of agency developed submissions for their corporate website and the model apartment at Courthouse Square apartments.
