CRC Hires Scott Mills as Property Manager

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has selected Scott Mills as Property Manager. He was formerly a Property Manager for BTR Capital Group.

In his new position, Mr. Mills will oversee the day-to-day operations and asset management functions for a number of projects in CRC’s portfolio consisting of flex office space, retail centers, commercial office buildings and warehouse space.

He brings more than nine years of experience to the company and also worked in an asset management role for Himmelrich Associates. Mr. Mills attended UMBC and studied Information Systems Management.
