CRC Promotes Bethany Busch to Community Manager of Padonia Village Apartments

CRC has announced the promotion of Bethany Busch to Community Manager of Padonia Village Apartments. A CRC team member since 2011, she formerly functioned as Community Manager for Mount Ridge Apartments.

In her new position, Ms. Busch will supervise the day-to-day leasing and property management functions of 12 team members assigned to the 554-unit multifamily community located in the Cockeysville section of Baltimore County on E. Padonia Road. This includes providing support to the on-site professionals with a goal of maintaining high occupancy levels and assuring that the asset performs at peak operating efficiency. She will also establish and strengthen relationships with the residents, local community members, and third-party vendors, as well as initiate projects that benefit the surrounding community.

“With more than two million dollars in capital improvements scheduled for Padonia Village next year, the company needed a strong leader and manager to oversee this renovation strategy, while maintaining high leasing levels during the construction process,” explained Scott Hamlin, Vice President of the CRC Multifamily Division. “Time and again, Bethany has demonstrated the innate ability to lead by example, bring successful outcomes to special projects and effectively manage a diverse team. Her calm demeanor and professionalism are qualities that make her the ideal candidate for this new position with increased responsibilities.”

Ms. Busch formerly held leasing and community manager positions at Mount Ridge and Northwood Ridge Apartments & Townhomes, two CRC multifamily communities. She earned her National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Manager designations from the National Apartment Association.
