CRC Promotes Dominique Threatt to Commercial Leasing Associate

CRC has announced the promotion of Dominique Threatt to Leasing Associate in the Commercial Division. Threatt has been associated with CRC since 2012 and most recently served as the Community Manager at Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments in CRC’s Multifamily Division.

In her new role, Ms. Threatt will assist the Commercial Leasing team in all leasing and marketing activities for the company’s portfolio of retail shopping centers situated throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the U.S. This includes marketing and showing space to commercial tenants, building relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals, preparing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, coordinating with the company’s property management division in the oversight of capital improvement projects, and negotiating new leases and lease renewals.

Ms. Threatt has worked as a Property Manager for Morgan Properties and held several management-level operations positions for national retailers such as Aldo Shoes, DSW, and Francesca’s.

Ms. Threatt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphics Communications from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, as well as a National Apartment Leasing Professional designation from the National Apartment Association.
