CRC Promotes Haley Donato to Director of Asset Management
CRC has promoted Haley Donato to Director of Asset Management. Ms. Donato has worked for the company since 2012 and was formerly Asset Manager.
In her new position, Ms. Donato will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and three asset management professionals with responsibility of the financial performance of 30 multifamily properties located throughout the United States, containing more than 10,000 apartment homes. This includes interacting with the in-house operations team and third-party property managers to execute the business plan at each property, and reporting performance details to ownership and the senior executive team.
Ms. Donato has more than eight years of financial and real estate experience and also functioned as a Loan Officer for FirstBank in Denver, Colorado. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from Santa Clara University; and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
“Given her natural leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of our Asset Management function, in which she played a significant role in its formation four years ago, Haley represented the ideal professional to assume this role,” stated JM Schapiro, Chief Executive Officer of Continental Realty Corporation. “Haley consistently brings energy and creative thinking to every assignment and motivates those around her. We have complete confidence in her ability to assume these expanded responsibilities.”
Donato volunteers with Bridges Baltimore and serves of the Board of Directors for Integrace.
