CRC Promotes John Hall to Senior Acquisitions Analyst

John Hall promotion Senior Acquisitions Analyst

CRC has announced the promotion of John Hall to the position of Senior Acquisitions Analyst.

Mr. Hall has been with CRC since 2013 and manages all underwriting and financial analysis activities for commercial properties and coordination of the due diligence process. Mr. Hall also assists with establishing and strengthening relationships within the commercial brokerage community, providing information to investors and research companies and interacting with other constituents and stakeholders to further improve the visibility and awareness of the CRC brand.

“This promotion reflects John’s extreme value in supporting our efforts to identify and acquire commercial real estate properties that meet our investment fundamentals,” explained Paul Kang, Vice President of Retail Acquisitions for CRC. “Among his strengths are his ability to perform comprehensive due diligence activities under tight deadlines and assembling and analyzing pertinent and timely research that helps drive our decision-making.”

Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. He is a member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.
