CRC Promotes Kaitlyn Kivi to Senior Human Resources Generalist

Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Kaitlyn Kivi to Senior Human Resources Generalist. Ms. Kivi, who has worked with company since 2014, was formerly Human Resources Generalist.

Her responsibilities with the Continental Realty Corporation include regulatory reporting, benefits and compensation forecasting, and employee training and relations. Ms. Kivi has organized and executed an educational expo for employees, implemented several corporate wellness programs and assisted with the design and teaching of a business communication course through the company’s Continental Realty University program.

She recently earned her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University.

“Kaitlyn is an extremely important member of our human resources function, and this promotion reflects the high value we place on her role and future with the company,” explained Crystal Frey, Vice President, Human Resources for Continental Realty Corporation. “Her responsibilities have quickly expanded and she consistently delivers extremely valuable and important projects that benefit our employees and the entire organization.”
