CRC Promotes Maggie Sumutka to Operations Manager

Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Maggie Sumutka to Operations Manager in the Residential Division. Formerly Residential Operations Analyst, she has worked with the company since 2005.

In her new role, Ms. Sumutka will evaluate current multi-family processes and procedures established by the company, as well as oversee and lead new multi-family initiatives from an accounting and property management perspective. She will continue to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Residential Division’s administrative team.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park.
