CRC Promotes Marisa Bosser to Marketing and Training Coordinator

BALTIMORE, MD (August 31, 2020) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Marisa Bosser to Marketing and Training Coordinator. Ms. Bosser, who began her career with CRC as a Leasing Consultant Intern in 2018, was hired full-time last year as a Leasing Specialist.

Her internship experience involved assisting with leasing initiatives at Cross Country Manor and Padonia Village Apartments. Ms. Bosser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Towson University last year.

In her expanded role, Ms. Bosser will handle a wide range of marketing and communication responsibilities to support and positively impact the in-house corporate marketing team. She will curate content for social posts of the corporate brand, track data generated from third-party database programs, and work directly with on-site leasing professionals to review the digital marketing initiatives in order to execute new programming. She will also assist in the execution of CRC email campaigns, corporate events and branding initiatives.
