CRC Promotes Patrick Davidson to Assistant Service Manager at Doncaster Village Apartments

CRC has announced the promotion of Patrick Davidson to Assistant Service Manager at Doncaster Village Apartments. He was formerly a Service Technician at Doncaster Village and has worked for the company since 2016.

In his new role, Mr. Davidson will assist the Senior Community Manager and Service Manager in the day-to-day oversight of all maintenance responsibilities associated with the multifamily community located at 1 Dalmeny Court in the Parkville section of Baltimore County. He will also be a resource for other company technicians needing mentorship for HVAC and other service-related issues.

“Patrick has an extremely diverse knowledge of the multifamily service industry, consistently leads by example and is a tremendous resource to Doncaster Village Apartments and the company,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily of CRC. “This promotion reflects our recognition of his positive attitude, work ethic, and overall performance.”

Mr. Davidson brings more than seven years of experience to this new role, holding previous service-related positions with A&G Management and Peak Management.
