CRC Selects Craig Spicer as Asset Manager

CRC has selected Craig Spicer as Asset Manager. Craig was formerly the Asset Manager for the Howard County Housing Commission, where he oversaw a portfolio of 1,100 units.

In his new role, Mr. Spicer will be working primarily on CRC’s multifamily assets. He will oversee his own portfolio and work directly with the company’s Operations, Construction, Legal and Accounting departments.

He holds a B.A. from Loyola University, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science with a focus in Financial Management.
