Gloss Lifestyle Salon & Spa Chooses Park Plaza For Second Location In Greater Baltimore Area

BALTIMORE, MD (January 31, 2025) – Gloss Lifestyle Salon & Spa has selected Park Plaza in Severna Park as the site for the luxury nail salon and spa’s second location in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, joining the group’s existing site in Annapolis. The concept signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 4,760 square feet of space and intends to open this spring at the shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway. Dominique Threatt of CRC represented the landlord, and John Schultz of H&R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction.
Gloss Lifestyle Salon & Spa offers a wide range of manicure and pedicure treatments, including classic, paraffin, gel, hot stone, milk & honey, and luxury options. These treatments are designed to soften the skin, exfoliate, improve blood circulation, provide a relaxing massage, and include nail polish application. The salon also offers nail enhancements, waxing services for the face and various parts of the body, as well as special services tailored for children aged 12 and under.
Owner Richard Tran explained that he has been scouting locations in the Severna Park area for quite some time stating “We absolutely love the consumer demographics in the region and currently have many clients living in the area. This second location will be highly convenient for our current customers. Choosing Park Plaza was an easy decision, because every time I drive by the center, it is extremely busy.”
Park Plaza is a 183,380 square foot neighborhood shopping center on Ritchie Highway near Robinson Road, anchored by Planet Fitness and Five Below and featuring 55 tenants, including a mix of sit-down, quick-service and fast-casual restaurants, as well as medical, sports and fitness, professional services, and financial services retailers. MOM’s Organic Market is expected to open within a 12,000 square foot space at the shopping center in Q4 2025.
More than 52,000 vehicles pass Park Plaza daily via Ritchie Highway. The Gloss Lifestyle Salon & Spa lease elevates occupancy of the center to approximately 95.5 percent.
