Apparel Retailer J.Crew Factory Set To Join The Lakeside Village Tenant Roster In Lakeland, Florida This Summer

BALTIMORE, MD (March 4, 2025) – J.Crew Factory, a specialty retailer of fashion apparel and accessories for women, men, and children, is set to join the tenant roster of Lakeside Village, a nearly 460,000 square foot super-regional lifestyle center located at 1479 Town Center Drive in Lakeland, just east of Tampa, this summer. J.Crew Factory is part of the J.Crew Group family of brands, including J.Crew and Madewell, which operates more than 530 stores in all 50 states. J.Crew Factory signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 6,368 square feet of space, with Monica Johnson and Kristin Perry of CRC representing the landlord and Amy Pappas with Open Realty Advisors, a Newmark Company representing the tenant.
J.Crew Factory is the brand known for its fun, classic and colorful styles for women, men and kids. CRC acquired Lakeside Village in 2023. The center features more than 70 tenants, is anchored by Belk, CMX Lakeside Village 18 & IMAX, and Books-A-Million, and is shadow-anchored by Kohl’s. With Nordstrom Rack expected to open soon, Lakeside Village continues to offer a diverse mix of uses, including entertainment, medical/healthcare, fitness, food, and beverage, as well as 46,000 square feet of Class A office space. The open-air shopping center sits on 88 acres with over 2,000 feet of frontage on Polk Highway, which connects to I-4 and the greater metropolitan areas of Orlando and Tampa.
