CRC Promotes Sam Young to Assistant Service Manager at The Crossings at White Marsh
CRC has announced the promotion of Sam Young to the position of Assistant Service Manager for The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments. Formerly Service Technician, Mr. Young joined the company in 2015.
In his new role, Mr. Young will assist the Community Manager and Service Manager in the oversight of day-to-day maintenance responsibilities associated with the multifamily community located in Baltimore County. He will also be a resource for other company technicians needing mentorship in HVAC-related issues.
“Sam has impressed everyone with his strong work ethic and continuing desire to improve his technical knowledge and work skills and has thrived in every position within the company,” explained Scott Hamlin, Director of Multifamily Operations for CRC. “He has demonstrated the innate ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and is an excellent communicator. This promotion recognizes Sam’s many talents and our acknowledgment that he is ready to assume great responsibilities.”
