The Baltimore Sun Media Group Names CRC A Winner of The Baltimore Metro Area 2016 Top Workplaces Award

Baltimore, Maryland – (December 4, 2015) – Continental Realty Corporation has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Baltimore Sun Media Group. This is the fourth consecutive year that the company has been honored with this award. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection.

This year’s competition was particularly fierce with more than 37,000 employees surveyed in over 1,200 employer organizations. Only 100 employers, or roughly 8% of those surveyed, are selected for the Top Workplaces honor.
