Traci Schneeman Joins Continental Realty Corporation As Regional Portfolio Manager

BALTIMORE, MD (September 16, 2024) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company with a portfolio value exceeding $4 billion across 11 states, has selected Traci Schneeman as Regional Portfolio Manager. Schneeman brings more than 24 years of directly-related experience in the multifamily sector to CRC and was formerly Regional Manager for Humphrey Management.

In her new role, Schneeman will manage daily operational activities for a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout Maryland. Her responsibilities include reviewing and improving performance metrics such as closing ratios and apartment turn times, conducting on-site assessments to enhance community aesthetics, devising and executing training and mentoring for team members, and leading on-site teams. She will also participate in corporate events and meetings related to on-site operations.

Schneeman spent more than 10 years at Humphrey Management, where she oversaw all operations for a portfolio of 10 multifamily communities. Her residential experience also includes working for Berkshire Property Advisors, ATB Industries, Echelon Residential, and ZOM Residential in Orlando, Florida.
