Uncle Chen’s Chinese Restaurant Joining Tenant Mix At Creekside Station In Winchester, Virginia

BALTIMORE, MD (February 27, 2025) – Uncle Chen’s Chinese Restaurant has signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation for 3,781 square feet of space at Creekside Station, a 126,304 square foot lifestyle center in Winchester, Virginia. The restaurant plans to open this spring. This represents the first lease signed by CRC since the Baltimore-based commercial real estate and investment company acquired the center, located at 3103 Valley Avenue, in mid-August 2024. The asset is now 97 percent leased by nearly 50 service-oriented and specialty retailers, plus restaurants. CRC’s Kelsi Holman represented the landlord, and Betty Yang with United Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.
Uncle Chen’s Chinese Restaurant will specialize in authentic and classic Asian dishes prepared with the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients. Signature menu items include Kung Pao Chicken; Black Pepper Scallops; Hunan Beef, Chicken or Shrimp; and Peking Duck, as well as an assortment of fried rice, noodle, and vegetable-based items. A separate vegetarian menu is also available featuring tofu and vegetables, as well as boba tea and sushi. The sit-down restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and offers all-day combo specials and daily specials.
Owners Xian Chen and Xiangping Lin are local entrepreneurs who bring more than 20 years of experience, and have operated other Winchester-area restaurants.
Delivered in 2003 and situated at the signalized intersection of VA Route 11 (Valley Avenue) and Battle Park Drive in Frederick County on a 13-acre site, Creekside Station features a curated mix of restaurants and retailers occupying inline spaces among 10 buildings and free-standing pad sites. Representative tenants include Chico’s, J. Jill, Jos. A Bank, IJ Canns American Grille, The Little Gym, LOFT, and Talbots. The property is surrounded by a free surface parking lot suitable for 500 vehicles.

More than 15,000 vehicles pass the site each day via VA Route 11, and the daily traffic counts at the intersection of Interstate 81 and VA Route 37, less than one mile away, is 75,000 vehicles.
